How to get registered.

Mysore is one of the fastest growing city in karnataka. The proposed "Telecom City" layout is located along mysore-hunsur state Highway situated 1 km from "Yelavala Satellite Bus Stand". There are many developed layouts in and around our telecom City layout. It is adjacent to rmp staff quarters and ITC. It is just 4 kms from Infosys campus, L & T and other well known industries surrounded by reputed schools and colleges.


Amenities: The proposed layout will be as per MUDA norms and will be approved by MUDA with the combination of 60ft, 40ft and 30 ft wide roads. The layout will be have amenities like box drains, asphalted roads, bore well with overhead tasks, storm watery drains, individual underground water and sanitary lines, electrification as per cescom specifications, Park and civic amenities add pet MUDA norms, NOC is already obtained from MUDA Vide ltr.no (4) 116/13-14, dtd 04-07-2013.


Dimensions of sites: 30x40, 30x50, 40x60, 50x80 sites are proposed to be formed in the layout.


Cost of site: Realising the needs of middle class segment, and keeping in the mind the preveiling, land price and approval process, we are trying to provide the sites at a very affordable and competitive rate of rs.390/- pet sqft.


Payment details: It is proposed to collect the deposit in instalments progressively in proportion with the development of the project. The initial deposit payable is Rs. 100sqft, and the balance in three instalments on 6 months interval.


Allotment: The allotment of sites will be as per seniority based on the payment of initial deposit and timely payment of subsequent instalments.


Land Developers: The proposed "Telecom City" Layout will be developed by M/S M Square Developers and Promoters", Bangalore, who have vast experience in the field of land development, formation of layouts and construction activities. The required time for completion of this layout is 24 to 30 months. Interested site aspirants are requested to apply in the prescribed application available in the society office. The completed application along with necessary enclosures may be submitted to the society with initial deposit of Rs. 100 / sqft payable in the form of CTS cheque / DD drawn in favour of Telecommunications & IT Employees Hosting Co-Operative Society Limited" , payable at bangalore. Membership fee of Rs 2020/- has to be paid along with application.
